Advanced Semiconductor
Advanced Semiconductor, Inc. (ASI) manufactures RF power transistors and microwave diodes. We are an ISO 9001:2008 registered company and specialize in manufacturing obsolete and hard-to-find components for both replacement purposes and new designs. Our line of RF power transistors primarily replaces those from Motorola, Philips, and SGS Thomson. Our line of microwave diodes primarily replaces those from HP, M/A-COM, Alpha, and Loral/Frequency sources.
Advanced Semiconductor, Inc., was founded in 1979, and has offices in the United Kingdom, France, India, and Egypt. Our customers run the gamut from governments and major corporations to medium and small businesses located throughout the world. Advanced Semiconductor has a fundamental commitment to customer service and will always do our best to ensure that your needs are met.
Our business model is designed around saving other companies time and money and providing them with additional options. Our specialization in RF Power Transistors and Microwave Diodes allows us to provide the following key benefits:
- For companies facing a last time buy, it can be a challenge to determine the best course of action. ASI solves this problem by continuing to manufacture the component so you only purchase what you need. No more costly last time buys, stocking more inventory than you need, or application redesign due to obsolete components. The savings and flexibility can be tremendous.
- For companies looking for hard-to-find or obsolete parts, we offer a steady and reliable source of high quality components. You also get newly manufactured product and don't have to worry about how long a part has been sitting in inventory or if it has been mishandled.
Advanced Semiconductor's product line includes bipolar, enhancement mode FET, and LDMOS FET devices covering the 1.0 MHz to 4.2 GHz frequency spectrum, with output power up to 300 Watts. Transistors are available in a variety of hermetic and non-hermetic packages including balanced configurations. Many designs feature internal impedance matching networks for enhanced performance.
